the aca 20th anniversary gala
Inspired by relevant networking groups in NYC & LA, The Association of Celebrity Assistants was created in the UK by Joy Montgomery in December 2003. With thanks to her vision and those of the Presidents who have since followed, the ACA today has grown to become an exciting International network with a powerful and influential community of assistants.
As a non-profit group reliant on voluntary work from our board members, it’s a huge feat to see the ACA go from strength to strength, not only with our London & UK based membership, but our international members also.
The ACA is the biggest growing global networking community of its kind. With emerging presence in Dubai and The Middle East. The United States and all across Europe, we are defining what it means to be globally connected as an assistants.
On Saturday, 14th October we were thrilled to host a celebratory evening at the St Pancras Renaissance London, which was one to remember. A black tie evening dinner with performances by Chrissy Bray, Brother from Another and other surprise elements, the evening was the largest event the ACA has ever hosted.
WHO DID WE RAISE MONEY FOR?
The ACA is proud to be supporting three separate charities in connection with the celebrations for its 20th Anniversary and beyond the Anniversary Gala held on 14th October 2023.
We are choosing to give back to the community through charity as a testament to our core values and commitment to social responsibility. By dedicating a portion of the celebration to charitable causes, the ACA aims to create a positive impact and contribute meaningfully to the lives of those in need. This gesture not only reflects the organisation's altruistic spirit, but also serves as a reminder of the importance of solidarity in fostering a stronger and more caring society and building a better future for all.
100% of money raised from raffle ticket sales will be donated between the three charities.
