THE ACA 20|20 CAMPAIGN
From day one of planning, The ACA looked to celebrate assistants as well as celebrating their own personal milestone. We wanted to give back. In doing so, we went to some of the most iconic brands in the world and asked them to consider supporting our members. In return, we have been blown away with the volume of incredible prizes. Instead of reeling every prize off on the night, we wanted to give back to our entire membership, both in London and scattered around the world.
And in a unique position to have the opportunity to raise more money to give back further to our three charities, we’ve created a new incentive to raise more money.
Without further ado, we’d like to introduce to you the 20|20 campaign.
Running for 20 days to celebrate 20 years, with a goal to raise £20,000, raffling 20 prizes, and launching on the 20th October.
We come to you, to now ask for your help. The Association of Celebrity Assistant’s 20|20 campaign is on SponsorMe, a platform allowing us to split the funds raised evenly between the THREE charities we are supporting: Mind, Refuge and It Gets Better.
20|20 is a chance for us to look at significantly increasing the already amazing amount we’ve raised so far.
How?
Together as assistants we have raised £5,150 towards this total which is a staggering start. We ask your principal(s) and their collective networks to consider supporting you, The ACA and these charities by making a donation.
If you are a member of The ACA, and have found value in us over the years and would like to give back: now’s your chance. Perhaps you joined us at our recent anniversary gala and would love to show thanks but not sure how. Maybe your principal is particularly philanthropic, who knows.
To each and every member of the association, this opportunity is open to you all.
For a donation over £250, you’ll receive 3 numbers
For a donation over £500, you’ll receive 4 numbers
For a donation over £1,000, you’ll receive 10 numbers
For a donation over £2,500 you’ll receive 25 numbers
For a donation over £5,000, you’ll receive 60 numbers
(and an optional kiss from Sadie and Vincenzo)

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All prizes are non transferable.
2. The ACA will not be running a re-raffle policy - if you win multiple times, it’s your lucky day. We had 2 winners win multiple prizes at our gala - bonkers!
3. For hotel related wins: winning assistant names will have to match at the time of booking - no exceptions.
4. Raffle tickets sold during 20th October - 8th November are for the 20|20 prize list only.
5. All donations are non-refundable.
6. Due to privacy concerns, we appreciate donor names may want to stay anonymous. To accommodate this, donation names must be in the assistant’s name or provide a pseudonym that has been shared with The ACA board. If that's your case, we kindly ask you to let us know amount and name shown on the donation BEFORE making it so we're sure it's a genuine transaction linked to you. Please email president@aca-uk.com
7. The raffle opens at 00:01 on 20th October 2023 and will close at 23:59 on the 8th November 2023. Any tickets bought after this deadline will be considered a donation to the association and no tickets will be given. No exceptions.
8. Any donation below £250 will be considered a donation to the fundraiser.
9. 100% of funds raised will be equally split between Mind, Refuge and Inspire LGBT: It Gets Better.
